Cadence started from a frustration we both kept hitting: most businesses get handed software that sort of fits, and the parts it gets wrong end up costing real time and money.
Austin ran into it as an operator. The tools he could buy were made to work for any business, which meant none of them really worked for his. So he built his own. One was an invoice system that caught its own pricing errors. Another was a chat assistant that handled the calls his staff didn’t have time for and let people book private events in a few messages instead of a long form.
Haley came at it from the design side. She kept seeing good businesses whose branding and tools were pieced together from a dozen different places, so nothing matched. Between them, Austin knows how a business runs day to day and Haley makes it look like a real brand.
We don’t hand you a login and say “call support if you need help.”
Cadence is a small studio on purpose. We build a specific tool for a specific problem, make it match your brand, and keep improving it as you grow. You work with the two of us the whole way.
